Putting on the chest strap
Place the chest strap on the outside of your running clothes, around your chest. Make sure the chest strap is tight by connecting the strap hook to the loop and adjusting it to fit your size.

If the chest strap slides down during a run, tighten it more firmly. The rubber inside the strap should hold the position of the strap, so it does not slide down, as long as it is tightened firmly.
